Prayer

Prayer Request: Jesus the Christ is Lord and King (1st Corinthians 12:3). Even as the price of everything rises, please ask Christ to inspire empathy in the hardest hearts within Christian congregations, reminding us of warnings in Matthew 25:31-46 and James chapter 5 before Christ separates sheep from goats. Ask Him to turn our hearts for 20 seconds each day to pray for the renewal of the Church like the bones in Ezekiel 37, restoring to us His favor and sanctifying us for effective fulfillment of His Greatest Commission. Finally, as people in power focus more on their own personal gain than their responsibility to their neighbor, ask that God remind us of consequences faced by the rich man in Luke 16:19-31.

Prayer Request: As people gather nationwide this Wednesday night please pray that Our Lord make His presence tangible to every individual who attends, stirring their hearts to live out His example before the people in their daily lives. Please also pray He reach all those who due to infirmity or poverty cannot make said services for themselves. Finally, please pray He remind us of the story in Luke 16:19-31 that we all might avoid eternal pitfalls.
